How to raise a complaint with us, with the operator, or with the regulator.

We publish information about Queensland lotteries to help readers make informed choices. When we get something wrong, we want to know. If you have spotted an error in our coverage, or have a complaint about how we operate, please use the channels below.

  1. Start with us. If you believe we have published inaccurate information, send details to [email protected]. We aim to respond within three business days. If we have made a mistake, we will publish a correction on the record.
  2. Contact the operator directly. Complaints about lottery products, prize payments, or ticket disputes must go to the operator, not to us. We do not sell tickets and cannot resolve claims.   3. Escalate to the regulator if needed. If the operator has not resolved your complaint within a reasonable time, you can lodge a formal complaint with the Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation (OLGR Queensland). OLGR publishes a complaints form and has the authority to investigate licensed-operator misconduct.
